How to Make Ethical and Winning use of California Legislative History in Your Case

The California courts take judicial notice of legislative history records. In this class you will learn how to use legislative history to present potent legal arguments and how to recognize potential misuse of legislative history records by opposing counsel. You will explore ethical implications of the use and misuse of legislative history and how to comply under the Rules of Professional Conduct (Rules 3-110 and 5-200).
