Topics on compensatory damages to be discussed include: future life care expenses, loss of household services, impaired earning capacity, salary base, wage growth rate, discount rate, retraining costs, pension loss, loss of benefits, present value of future loss, 'lost years,' worklife expectancy issue, and brief overview of valuation in a wrongful death case.
