This the first half of a two-part series designed for the non-lawyer to introduce you to the Sacramento County Public Law Library and its resources.
Part A, will cover Statutes.
You will learn how to recognize and locate California laws, in print and on-line, and how to use the Annotated Codes. This class will also cover secondary sources, which provide interpretation and context, and are often used as "side doors" into the official statutes.
