California Superior Courts revise their local rules in January and July of each year. The courts post proposed rule changes months in advance and allow for public comment. You may locate proposed rule changes and the deadlines for comment at most county court websites. The following courts have published proposed local rule changes in anticipation of July 1, 2008:
